Compensation is based on a 30% commission structure with zero lab fee deductions, equivalent to a daily rate of $500 ($62/hr), providing strong earning potential for your clinical practice.

Job Description Overview: Reston Family Dental Center is seeking a dedicated part-time General Dentist to join our growing clinical team in Reston, VA.
Duties: Provide comprehensive general dental care to patients of all ages, accurately diagnose oral health conditions, develop personalized treatment plans, and utilize modern dental equipment along with Dentrix software for patient management.
Qualifications: Candidates must hold a valid state dental license. We welcome applicants with 0 to 1 year of clinical experience, making this an ideal role for entry-level practitioners.
